How To Proceed

Once you have made the empowering determination to attempt to resolve your community dispute on mutually acceptable terms, your next step is to schedule a session. Once the date and time has been agreed to by all parties, the mediator will meet with all of you to create a framework for resolution. Typically, these disputes are resolved after the first session.

For divorce mediation, whether you are starting this process on your own, with separate counsel or have already started your divorce action, we offer a no-obligation, free consultation. At that consultation, both of you will receive the same information, at the same time, to help you determine if this process is right for you. The mediator will fully explain how the sessions will be structured so that all issues incidental to your divorce will be addressed. The outcome of a successful mediation is a Memorandum of Understanding which can be incorporated into a Separation Agreement which would form the basis for an uncontested divorce.
